Ladies Tri-am 2023

Our annual Ladies Open Tri-am took place on 7th June in perfect weather, with 24 teams taking part. Jamie, Richard & Natalie provided a special Open Day menu and Mhairi and the bar staff were on hand with their usual welcoming food and drinks service. Our visitors appreciated the great condition of the course which received many compliments. 

First prize was won by Moira MacLeod, Lois Connell & Margaret Grant (all Milngavie) who achieved the winning score of 82 Stableford points. Mandy Allan (Cardross), Sandra Sinclair & Christina Heuston (both Milngavie) were second with 80 points and Lindsay McCubbin, Joan Shankland (both Hilton Park) and Lindsay McLean (Douglas Park) took third place with 76 points.

The charity supported this year was St Margaret’s Hospice.
Thanks to many donations of tombola prizes from lady members and the generosity of members and players in purchasing tickets and donating money, over £1200 has been raised- and we are still counting. Lorna Donnelly and her team put in a huge effort to achieve this wonderful result- thank you!
